Crawfish have raised over $17,000 for Canyon Lake High School Athletics.
Now it’s your turn to help!
Tickets are now on sale for the 11th Annual Hawks Crawfish Boil, scheduled from 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at River Road Ice House, 1791 Hueco Springs Loop Rd., New Braunfels.
Crawfish are prepared using an old Natchitoches Louisiana recipe and so are the excellent ears of corn and potatoes.
Tickets are $25 for six pounds and $15 for three pounds. Brisket plates are available for $10.
“To date, Hawks Crawfish Boil has donated over $17,000,” says organizer J. Cory Martelli. “So come out for good food and enjoy music and dancing.”
