Hays County Commissioner to Discuss Protecting Green Spaces

Hays County Pct. 3 Commissioner Lon Shell will discuss protecting green spaces in Hays County from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 13 at an evening program sponsored by the Comal County Conservation Alliance.
Shell is an architect and champion of land-protection efforts in Hays County.
He will talk about the county’s Regional Habitat Conservation Plan, Parks and Open Space Master Plan, a recent open-space bond election, and other parklands and natural areas benefiting from these efforts.
