‘Heavy lifting’ begins 9 a.m. Thursday at Resolute Hospital, 5555 Creekside Crossing, New Braunfels as Baptist Health System in San Antonio rebrands the facility.
Huge cranes and aerial lifts will hoist new signs onto the building, now called Resolute Baptist Hospital.
Four new signs range in size from 33-feet-wide by five-feet-high to 51-feet-wide by nine-feet-high.
Additional exterior signs also will be installed across the hospital campus.
Resolute Baptist Hospital CEO Mark Bernard says the rebrand more closely aligns the look of the hospital with that of its parent hospital, Baptist Health System San Antonio.
“We are very excited we’ll have new signage that our community can recognize as the Baptist brand,” he said in a statement. “Since opening our doors in 2014 Resolute has excelled at meeting the healthcare needs of our growing community.”
Earlier this year, Baptist Health System added two new operating rooms and additional support space for pre-op rooms and PACU bays.
A new cardiac cath lab is scheduled for completion in 2023.
“Our rebrand is another sign step in helping better guide and connect patients to access the quality, safe care and services we provide in our tri-county area as part of our Baptist Health System,” Bernard said.
