The Easter bunny will make several stops in the Canyon Lake area Saturday:
- Maven’s Inn & Grill and Canyon Lake United Methodist Church will sponsor an egg hunt, Easter readings, free bunny pictures and live music at 11:45 a.m. Saturday, April 8 at Maven’s, 10530 FM 2673, Canyon Lake. Gifts for the first 100 families. Prizes will be awarded throughout the day.
- Easter Eggstravaganza, 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 8 at First Baptist Church of Canyon Lake, 13085 FM 306, Canyon Lake. Includes Easter-themed games in the new Children’s Building. Bowling, cotton-candy darts, a raffle, and lunch. Free.
- Easter Egg Hunt, 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8 at Cowboys for Jesus, FM 32, 8400 FM 32, Fischer. Includes face painting, bounce house, games, prizes, hot dogs, snow cones, adult scavenger hunt and child egg hunt (ages two to 11).
- Eggstra Special Event at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8 at Spring Creek Gardens, 11355 US 281 North, Spring Branch. Egg hunt, Easter bunny and eggstra kids craft. $5 per child. Mimosa and music for adults.
