Sign Up for Keep Canyon Lake Beautiful’s Annual Fall Cleanup

Grab the kids, families, neighbors and friends for a morning of giving back to the Canyon Lake community.

Volunteers are needed for Keep Canyon Lake Beautiful’s (KCLB) Fall 2024 Volunteer Community Cleanup, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 5 at the CRRC Pavilion, 125 Mabel Jones. Dr.

Registration run from 8:30-9 a.m. A hot dog lunch will be provided after the cleanup. T-shirts and prizes also are on the menu.

There’s lots of trash strewn around the Canyon Lake area, including on popular roadways, boat ramps, lake shorelines, waterways, and trails.

The initiative is part of Keep Texas Beautiful’s Fall Sweep.

Volunteers can pick the location they’d like to make trash-free by clicking here. The deadline is Sept. 23.

All supplies will be provided.

Student groups are required to have an adult leader present during the cleanup.

Maps and instructions for assigned areas will be provided at check-in.

After checking in, meet team leaders at the designated cleanup site.

Please count trash bags at the end of the cleanup and email the total to Keepclbeautiful@gmail.com

All borrowed supplies like grabbers and safety vests must be returned to the CRRC Pavilion by noon.

Volunteers are asked to take photos of their group with their bags of trash to share on Keep Canyon Lake Beautiful’s Facebook page.

  1. Just wanted to mention a special person that cleans up the lake area around Lake Point RV RESORT! He is fairly new to our beautiful canyon lake area and has been going out cleaning the lake area probably 2 or 3 times a week for the last 7 or 8 months, maybe longer!!! HATS OFF TO JASON SPENCER!!!!! Such an amazing person with a huge heart and love for nature and the environment!!!
