Three suspects who allegedly stole merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods in the Creekside shopping area then fled from police in a stolen maroon Ford Fusion are in custody after striking another car at the intersection of Highway 46 and the I-35 frontage road.
New Braunfels police said Monday’s pursuit ended near the VIVO apartments, where officers arrested the driver and two passengers.
All three now face various charges, New Braunfels Police Department said.
The case remains under investigation.
