An adult injured in a serious golf cart accident at Camp Fimfo in New Braunfels around 12:40 p.m. today was admitted to San Antonio’s University Hospital in fair condition.

The other eight people involved in the accident are in good condition and expected to be discharged home, said Elizabeth Allen, the hospital’s director of External Communications.

Four adults and five pediatric patients were transported to the facility after the golf-cart crash at 500 Whitewater Way.

The incident brought traffic on FM 306 to a standstill for several hours.
