After nearly five years of proudly serving the Canyon Lake community, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of House of CBD.
We opened our doors in March 2020, right as the world was changing due to the Covid pandemic. While we didn’t know what the future would hold, the unwavering support of this community helped us not just survive, but thrive. Together, we built a family business dedicated to providing high-quality CBD products, supporting local causes, and educating our customers on wellness.
Over the years, we’ve had the honor of serving loyal customers of all ages, assisting in improving their well-being. Your support allowed us to contribute to this community in countless ways, from sponsorships to donations and—most importantly—by sharing the benefits of CBD.
The decision to close our doors was not made lightly. Our hardworking and loyal staff did everything we could to keep going, hoping that the next year would bring new opportunities. Unfortunately, recent challenges have taken their toll. The reduction in tourism this past summer due to the low water levels at the lake, the rise in new CBD shops in the area, and the increasing cost of living have made it difficult to sustain our business.
Additionally, after being taken offline by Google for nearly seven months—an especially critical period for any business in today’s digital world—we faced an uphill battle in regaining our online presence, and the lasting impact of that setback has been hard to overcome.
We are immensely grateful for every customer, every partner, and every friend we’ve made along the way. It’s been an incredible journey, and we will always look back with pride at what we accomplished together.
Thank you for the love and support you’ve shown us over the years. We will cherish the memories of our time in Canyon Lake, and we hope to continue supporting this community in other ways in the future.
As we prepare to close, we still have inventory on our shelves. Take the opportunity to stock up on your favorite products! Everything in the store will be sold over the next two weeks. We would love for all of our loyal customers to stop by and say their final farewells as we prepare to exit this beautiful Canyon Lake community.
