6. Discuss and consider approval of the 2019 Healthy County Boomer Bucks Incentive Program offered through Texas Association of Counties, and authorize County Judge to sign.

7. Discuss and consider approval of Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS000371500024 under the 2017 Hurricane Public Health Crisis Response Cooperative Agreement Grant and authorize County Judge to sign, via DocuSign.

8. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution Number 2019-03, authorizing the submission of a grant application under the Violence Against Women Justice & Training Program through the Office of the Governor in the amount of $82,343.51, to support the salary of a SADV Detective.

9. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2019-04, authorizing the submission of a grant application under the General Victim Assistance Direct Services Program through the Office of the Governor in the amount of $129,533.19, to support the salary of a Crime Victim Liaison.

10. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2019-05, authorizing the submission of a grant application under the Criminal Justice Program through the Office of the Governor in the amount of $27,475, for the purchase of secure rescue phone negotiation equipment.

11. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2019-06, authorizing the submission of a grant application under the Violence Against Women Justice & Training Program through the Office of the Governor in the amount of $94,025.99, to support the salary of a Protective Order Prosecutor.

12. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2019-07, authorizing the submission of a grant application under the Specialty Courts Program through the Office of the Governor in the amount of $72,833.34 to support the Increasing Accountability Program.

13. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2019-08 – Supporting the application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs 2019 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program for the proposed development named The Residences at Overlook Park.

14. Discuss and consider acceptance of the 2018 Comal County Racial Profiling Reports (Compilation and Analysis of Information Collected) for the Comal County Constable’s Office Precinct #1, Precinct #2, Precinct #3, and Precinct #4, pursuant to Article 2.134 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.

15. Discuss and consider approval of Joint Law Enforcement Operations Task Force Obligation Document through the US Marshals Service and authorize Sheriff to sign.

16. Discuss and consider approval of reclassification of Sheriff’s Office Sergeant (LE11-1) to Lieutenant (CID) (LE12-16) and corresponding job description. (No budget amendment necessary)

17. Discuss and consider approval of a line item transfer in Animal Control, FROM: Supplies, TO: Administrative Costs – Recurring Contracts to provide funding for Animal Control software services.

18. Discuss and Consider approval of Justice Court Technology Fund Request for Surface Pro Laptop, Document Scanners and Printer for Justice of the Peace 2.

19. Discuss and consider approval of Justice Court Security Fund Request for Video Surveillance System for Justice of the Peace Precinct 4.
