This happened to me on Friday, Jan. 19.
“I was pulled over by Border Patrol on my way home from Big Bend last Friday. A routine stop turned interesting when the drug dog signaled on my car, leading to a thorough check.
“I disclosed having CBD and THC products in my travel bag, and they asked me to pull them out for inspection. The officers, aware of my ‘House of CBD’ ownership, were curious about the legality of THC in Texas. I took the opportunity to educate them, turning it into a positive conversation.
“Thankfully, the encounter ended well, and the officers let me on my way. TIP: Always carry your “law enforcement notice” after purchasing from our store for smooth interactions with law enforcement.”
