Join or renew your membership with Friends of Tye Preston Memorial Library (TPML) by June 30 and be automatically entered into a drawing for an Amazon Fire HD-10-inch Tablet.
The drawing for the tablet is July 1.
The non-profit, which raised over $40,000 for the Canyon Lake library in 2019, needs help offsetting the impact of COVID-19 on TPML’s budget.
TPML receives most of its funding from one-half of one-percent of local sales taxes collected within its library district.
“By becoming a Friend of the Tye Preston Memorial Library, you and/or your business contribute to the Library’s growth and development, and ultimately to our community’s greater well being,” said Hilda Schreckeis-Munch, Friends membership chair.
Funds raised will ensure TPML has the funds to plan and implement future improvements, she said.
