April 24: Another Resident Recovers from COVID-19

Residents with questions or concerns about the novel coronavirus can call the county’s dedicated COVID-19 hotline, 830-221-1120, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Comal County’s Office of Public Health on Thursday confirmed the recovery of one COVID-19 patient, bringing the total to 35, and zero new cases.

With six deaths, seven cases remain active among county residents, two of them hospitalized and the rest self-isolating at home.

Friday’s Statistics

• 674 tests conducted
• 48 positive tests
• 605 negative tests
• 21 results still pending
