Search Crews Recover Body of Missing Man

Comal County Sheriff’s Office announced on its Facebook page Thursday that search crews recovered the body of Roberto Chavez Celis at 5:15 p.m. in the Guadalupe River, not far from where he went missing near Rockin’ River Rides.
Canyon Lake Fire/EMS joined Comal County Sheriff Office deputies and the New Braunfels Dive Team in the search for 29-year-old San Antonio resident Roberto Chavezcelis, last seen near the Guadalupe River in the 4500 block of River Road in New Braunfels.
