CCSO Investigating Death of Man Whose Body Was Found on S. Cranes Mill Road

Comal County Sheriff's Office said the Texas Rangers are assisting in their investigation.
Comal County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) said it is investigating the death of a man whose body was found around 10 a.m. Sunday in the 4000 block of South Cranes Mill Road in Canyon Lake.
The man, described as a white male believed to be in his 40s, had a possible neck injury. According to a statement, he has dark hair and was wearing a dark colored shirt, shorts and shoes.
He was pronounced dead by Justice of the Peace Mike Rust and an autopsy was ordered.
CCSO said the Texas Rangers are assisting in their investigation.
