CLWSC Suspends Billing, Late Fees and Shutoffs in Response to Widespread Winter Emergency

Canyon Lake Water Service Company (CLWSC) told customers in an email today it plans to help residential and commercial customers minimize the financial impact of last week’s freezing weather.

Billing and late fees are suspended, as well as shutoffs for non-payment.

“We understand that many in our community have experienced hardships as they have endured unprecedented adversity over the last week,” CLWSC said. “More information will follow in the coming days. We understand your concerns and are ready to assist you as our entire region moves out of this emergency.”
