Comal County Reports 61 New COVID-19 Cases Wednesday

Comal County reported 61 new COVID-19 cases Wednesday, bringing the total to 20,152.

There are no new deaths to report. The total number of deceased remains 464.

County hospitals are caring for 15 COVID-19 patients. Of those, two are in intensive care and one is on a ventilator. Approximately 100% of these patients are unvaccinated.

Not all COVID-positive cases hospitalized in Comal County are necessarily county residents.

The county’s vaccination rate is 60.03%.
