Comal County’s Tax Office has partnered with the U.S. Department of State to process passport applications at its New Braunfels location.
Appointments are required and available from 10:30 a.m.to 4 p.m. on weekdays.
DS-11 forms cannot be mailed or submitted online. Applications must be made in person.
