Comal DA Wraps Up 450 Felony and Misdemeanor Cases, Canyon Lake Man Receives 35-Year Sentence for Dealing Drugs

Canyon Lake resident Alan Forester, 42, was sentenced to 35 years in prison for intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. He has a prior criminal history of drugs and violent crimes.

Comal County District Attorney Jennifer Tharp said over 450 felony and misdemeanor offenses were tried, pled or sentenced in September and October.

Among those convicted is 42-year-old Alan Forester of Canyon Lake, who was sentenced to 35 years in prison by visiting Judge Dan Mills.

The confirmed gang member in the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas pled guilty to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Forester has a prior criminal history of drugs and violent crimes.

Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Feldman prosecuted the case. Comal County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) investigated.

Tharp posted the information to her office’s Facebook page on Monday.

Judge Mills is bysse he sentenced my son inlaw 7ys due to his 2014 conviction from the past and court he was stated saying he guilty to the jury we have all the transcript to the court and he should not be allowed to sit in a court room, the lawyer asked for a mistral due to him saying he was convicted and he said denied.
