Comal ISD’s Annual Military Night is scheduled from 6 -7:30 p.m. Thursday at Canyon Lake High School.
Recruiters also will meet with students at Canyon, Davenport and Smithson Valley high schools.
Students in grades nine-12 can meet with recruiters to find out more about a branch or an academy, enlistment commitments, physical-and-educational requirements, college funds and sholarship programs.
Branches: Army, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Navy, Army National Guard, Army Reserves
Academies: West Point, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, A&M Corps of Cadets, Citadel
Other Military Programs: Tarleton State University, University of Texas’ Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), Texas State ROTC, and campus JROTC programs (Air Force – Canyon High School, Navy – Smithson Valley High School, Army – Canyon Lake High School and Davenport High School.
