Here’s a quick look at some of the agenda items up for discussion at Thursday, March 22 Comal County Commissioners Court meeting, 100 Main Plaza, New Braunfels.
Included on the list of agenda items is consideration of Resolution No. 2018-11 Concerning Air Quality Permit Number 147392L001, which, if approved, would authorize construction and operation of a portable crushing plant located at State Highway 46 and Farm-to-Market (FM) 3009.
In Texas, counties have limited authority to regulate land use outside of city limits.
