Your event is special to you and special to us whether it is your wedding, anniversary, corporate event, family reunion, birthday or neighborhood block party. We customize each menu to your needs and budget. All details are addressed in advance to make your special day stress free.

How do we accomplish this?
First, we need to know the specific services needed for your event. This includes the date, venue, number of guests, type of menu, bar service, cake service, cleaning service, and of course your vision for the event. With this information, we begin to customize your menu, work out details, and work within your budget to cater the event.
Specialties
We cater parties of 75 to 300-plus. Some of our specialties include heavy hors-d’oeuvres served with beer and wine, pasta bar cruise-ship style, fajita bar, brisket dinner Texas style, carving stations, pull pork and assorted sliders, chicken, fish and Italian specialties, stations, and all the usual plates from simple to extravagant. We are also known to take family recipes and incorporate them into the feast.
