Comal County work crews finished repairs to the dock at Boat Ramp #1 today and removed accumulated sediment from the bottom of the ramp.
Although the lake level is 897.66 and this ramp closes at 897.60, boaters should have good access through Spring Break, said Doug Leecock with the Canyon Lake Boat Ramp Community Alliance, a group of residents who advocate for improvements and repairs to county-operated boat ramps at Canyon Lake.
The dock is closed.
There is no dumpster at #1, but a porta-potty is on site.
The boat ramp is located in the Canyon Lake Village subdivision, 579 Skyline Dr., on the southside of Canyon Lake.
