County Offices Close for Holidays but Year-End Credits for Property-Tax Payment Extended Through Jan. 3

Comal County Tax Offices will close on Friday for the New Year’s holiday, but property tax payments made on Monday, Jan. 3 will be posted for Dec. 31 and credited.
Comal County Tax Assessor Kristen Hoyt said residents can pay today or make a payment easily on comalpropertytax.com. Tax payments for 2021 are due by Jan. 31.
All Comal County and City of New Braunfels offices also will close on Friday.
Tye Preston Memorial Library closes at noon Friday and also will be closed on Saturday.
