The Community Resource and Recreation Center of Canyon Lake (CRRC) abruptly closed its administrative building, Food Pantry and Rec Center today after “a possible COVID exposure.”
These facilities are closed until further notice. The popular Thrift Store remains open.
“These closures were made with the health and safety of our staff, volunteers and of course, our community in mind,” said CRRC Executive Director Jason Derscheid.
All individuals who were possibly exposed to the COVID-19 virus have been notified.
“We are keeping the potentially afflicted person and their family in our thoughts and prayers and ask that you do the same,” he said.
CRRC has hired a professional company to deep clean and sanitize both facilities.
