Comal County Constable’s Office Precinct 4 asks any members of the public who may have witnessed or filmed a physical disturbance between a recovery diver and unnamed individuals behind Whitewater Amphitheater at around 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 19 to contact their office immediately.
Details of the altercation have not been made public.
The incident occurred on the Guadalupe River in the “Horseshoe” area directly behind Whitewater, 11860 FM306, New Braunfels.
“We are seeking the public’s assistance to identify any witnesses or individuals in possession of video footage from the incident,” the constable’s office posted on its Facebook page on Tuesday. “If you have any information or details regarding the incident you are encouraged to come forward and contact the Comal County Constable’s Office Precinct 4 at 830-964-4526. In the event that your call is not answered, please leave a detailed message with the Justice of the Peace office at 830-964-3886 for a return call by the investigator working the case.”
