2nd Annual Comal Fit Games for friends and family returns — with lots of changes designed to encourage participation by Comal ISD employees.

Fit Games once again include the Competitive and Just for Fun Divisions, however this time they will consist of a two-person team — one of which must be an employee.New divisions this year include the Kids’ Division, ages 6-12, and the Elite Division, adult individual. Kids may compete with parents or grandparents.

This year’s Elite Division will implement some CrossFit movements like Olympic lifting, and well-known workouts like “Annie.”

Divisions include:
* Just for Fun (adult teams of 2) $40
* Competitive (adult teams of 2) $40
* Elite (adult individual) $20
* Kids (individual- ages 6 to 12) Free

Participants receive a swag bag complete with T-shirt. Prizes for first-place winners in each division. Each registrant receives a one-month, employee-only May jean pass. Schools with five teams or more receive a one-month, employees-only, May jean pass for the entire school.

Spectators welcome, free-of-charge. Proceeds benefit Comal Fit program.

Vendor booths include The Healthy Smoker. T he Juice Boxx will provide breakfast and samples.
