Pilot's Club Style Show & Auction @ GVTC Auditorium | New Braunfels | Texas | United States

Spring style show features a gourmet lunch, fabulous silent auction and music by John Marquette.

Pilots and their family members will model fashions from The Crossing-New Braunfels, J. C. Penney, Creekside Soft Surroundings, and La Cantera. Door prizes by J.C. Penney.

All funds support the non-profit club’s mission of providing education for the prevention of traumatic brain injury, and offering services to those suffering from brain-related disorders, such as Alzheimer’s, stroke, and autism.

Tickets can be purchased through Pilots or at Tye Preston Memorial Library and Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce.

About the Pilots:

The Pilot Club of Canyon Lake meets the first Monday of each month (except December). 10:30 a.m., at the Tye Preston Memorial Library.

“We are women who are deeply committed to service. We have diverse backgrounds, experiences, and talents, and are united in our efforts to make the Canyon Lake area the best it can be by contributing money, time, and goods to organizations which need our help.

Our commitment to service is coupled with our commitment to our mission “Protect Your Brain for Life.” Toward that end, we educate ourselves and our community on brain injury prevention programs, rehabilitation programs, coping programs, and care-giving programs.

One of the many strengths of our club is the participation of our co-pilots (husbands and significant others) in our projects and activities. Whether they are waiters at our Style Show & Luncheon, actors in our Wineless Cheese play, or doing the heavy lifting’ we often require, our co-pilots are valuable assets.

The Pilot Club of Canyon Lake is a close-knit group which works hard and has a lot of fun. We care for and support each another; this closeness of members, however, does not result in exclusivity. We heartily welcome new members; the door is open for those who want the camaraderie of others and the opportunities for service that the club provides. We have a reputation in Canyon Lake as “the service club with caring, friendly, active members.”
