October is Adopt a Shelter Pet Month and in recognition of it and proposed Texas Constitutional Amendment #10 regarding law-enforcement animals, The League of Women Voters of the Comal Area is registering voters at Canyon Lake Animal Shelter Society during the Mobile Pet Clinic from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5.
