Lots of stuff for tweens and teens to do at Tye Preston Memorial Library this week.
Tye Preston Memorial Library has vacation plans for kids on Spring Break.
Librarians have thought it through and organized a number of events to keep youngsters ages nine to 17 busy.
Monday
- Teen Tie Dye – From 1 to 2 p.m. Looking for something to do for Spring Break?! As always, there will be food. For ages 13-17
Tuesday
- Tween Stop Motion Camp – From 1 to 3 p.m. Come learn all about stop motion animation and create your own short movie. For ages 9-12. Registration required.
Wednesday
- Teen Gaming: Super Smash Brothers Boss Battle – From 2 to 4 p.m. Come compete against other players in a Super Smash Brothers Boss Battle on Nintendo Switch. Ages 13-17.
Thursday
- Teen Night: Bacon Pancake Adventure Time – From 5 to 7 p.m. Like Bacon? Like Pancakes? Like Adventure Time? Come make Bacon Pancakes and play Card Wars! Ages 13-17.
Friday
- Tween Glass Painting -From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy a fun afternoon of glass painting! For ages 9-12. Registration required.
