Nonprofit Keep Canyon Lake Beautiful (KCLB) needs volunteers to help clean up the Guadalupe River from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

“We hope to get some cleanup done, enjoy the sun, and have lunch and a cold Dos XX afterwards,” KLCB said.
The location is off of Bretzke Lane and FM 306.
Slots are still available for waterway and riverbank cleanup. Volunteers must be 21 or older.
Waterway volunteers should wear appropriate river gear and water shoes. Riverbank cleaners should wear pants and closed-toe shoes.
Grabbers, bags, gloves, water, lunch and “a couple of cold ones” will be provided.
