CRRC of Canyon Lake’s annual Family Fest runs from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2 at the Rec Center, 125 Mabel Jones Dr.
The event provides free school supplies and services children need to prepare for the upcoming school year.
Two hundred children will receive free backpacks and school supplies.
Kids of all ages will be treated to free books, back-to-school haircuts, and eye screenings courtesy of the Canyon Lake Noon Lions.
Hands-only CPR demonstrations are planned.
