Parents who are new to the district will need to create a new account on txConnect. Parents who already have students enrolled in the district can use their existing account to add a new student.
After completing online enrollment, parents will still need to visit the elementary school their kindergartener will attend by April 22-25 and bring:
- Proof of residency – Parents of all new students must provide one of the following items, dated within 30 days of registration: mortgage, lease, bills (cable, home phone, electric, gas or water).
- Proof of student’s age/identity – Birth certificate required. If not available, a passport, school ID card, military ID, hospital birth record, adoption record or baptismal record is acceptable.
- Proof of parent/guardian identity – Driver’s license, passport or military ID.
- Social security card.
