The City of New Braunfels Parks and Recreation Department’s 2016 Summer Concerts in the Park kicks off 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 2 at the Landa Park Dance Slab with a performance by country band Rumor Town.
This free summer concerts series is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday evenings, June 2 through August 11.
“This summer we have an incredible line-up of local musicians performing a variety of music ranging from rhythm and blues, to hard rock and cool country tunes,” says Robin Kunkel, Parks and Recreation Department Recreation Manager. “We are fortunate to have these talented local bands volunteer their time and talents for this free summer series.”
Concert goers are reminded to bring lawn chairs or blankets and refreshments, if desired, to the performances.

July 28: Kori Free & The Groove Hounds, Original Rock

Aug 11: J. Abram Band, Texas Country
