Monday: CLWSC Says Water Service Restored to Almost All Service Areas

Share
Canyon Lake Water Service Company said today that water is back on in almost all of its service areas.

In a noon update, Canyon Lake Water Service Company said water service has been restored to all areas except The Oaks.

High Oaks Drive and Damar Drive are still without water.

At all other locations storage tanks are replenishing and water pressure is increasing.

A boil-water advisory remains in effect.

A do-not-drink advisory remains in effect for Lantana Ridge, Cypress Springs on the Guadalupe, Riverwood Estates and Woods of Spring Branch. Water can be used for handwashing, toilet flushing, laundry and other uses where it is not consumed.

“Crews are in the area and water service is expected to be flowing to the system today,” CLWSC said in an update posted to its website. “The water that will be available to the system will come from the sources that were serving the system prior to the vandalism act that prompted the do-not-drink order. As communicated earlier, the well that was vandalized has been taken offline and remains out of service.”

Subdivisions with low or no water pressure include Cypress Springs on the Guadalupe, Lantana Ridge, Riverwood Estates and Woods of Spring Branch.
