Monday’s the Last Day to Register to Vote in Nov. 2 Election

Monday is the deadline to register to vote or to update voter-registration information for the Nov. 2 election.
In-person early voting starts Oct. 18. The deadline to apply to vote-by-mail is Oct. 22. In-person early voting ends Oct. 29. Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by Nov. 2.
What’s on the Ballot
In addition to voting on eight Texas constitutional amendments, Comal and Guadalupe county voters will decide on several locał races and issues.
Comal residents will vote on Comal ISD’s Voter Approved Tax Ratification and four bond propositions; three bond propositions from New Braunfels ISD; a sales tax proposition for Comal Emergency Services District 7; and to confirm two Comal County Water Improvement Districts, #1C and #1E and decide on their directors and funding.
Where to Register
Comal County’s Elections Center, 396 N. Seguin Ave., New Braunfels, is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applications can be downloaded from votetexas.gov.
