Guess what night it is?
Jeeps adorned with Christmas lights will drive across Canyon Lake Dam, 601 Corps of Engineers Rd., to make the holiday season bright starting at 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7.
The Christmas celebration by New Braunfels Trail Team 6 is free and open to the public.
The event is sponsored by the Dam Community Alliance (DCA), which also will livestream the jeep parade.
The dam access road is situated between Overlook Park and North Park.
The Overlook Park entry gate closes at sunset.
Comal County Pct. 4 Commissioner Jen Crownover, who spearheads DCA, recommends parking at the Guadalupe Trail heads, the Dam Red Barn — “or a friend’s house with a view.”
