An ‘open-air sniff’ of two cars by a New Braunfels Police Department (NBPD) drug dog Saturday resulted in the arrests of three Fort Worth men who were hanging out in the parking lot at New Braunfels’ Fischer Park, 1935 Hilltp Summit Rd. NBPD officers were called to the scene around 7:40 p.m.
