New Braunfels Utilities turned the lights back on around 11:30 a.m. today for 4,800 residential customers who lost power at 7:30 a.m. as temperatures outside hovered in the mid-20s. “We are thankful for our hardworking and dedicated linemen,” NBU said on Facebook. Power was restored to all but 1,800 customers by mid-morning.

Sarlls is a certified arborist with specialized qualifications in tree risk, assessment, and oak wilt management.
