PreK Pilot Program Offered at Starzville, Rebecca Creek

Comal ISD is offering a new prekindergarten pilot program for students at Startzville and Rebecca Creek elementary schools.
To qualify, students must meet one of the following criteria:
- Limited English proficiency/English language learner
- Qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch
- Homeless
- Military
- Star of Texas Award
- Foster care
The program runs from 7:40 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. and includes free breakfast, lunch and transportation.
To begin the enrollment process, visit comalisd.org/fulldaypreK.org.
Parents will stil need to visit Rebecca Creek and Starzville elementary schools to provide:
- Birth certificate
- Shot record
- Social Security card
- One proof of residency
- Proof of income
- Proof of active duty military
- Parent’s ID
- Student must be present if qualifying by language
