“The Junior Deputy Sheriff’s Academy has been implemented by the officers and staff at the Comal County Sheriff’s Office in an effort to positively impact the lives of our young people as they transition to adulthood,” says Comal County Sheriff Bob Holden on the Comal County website.
“We recognize our youth are the future leaders of tomorrow and we in law enforcement have an opportunity to influence behaviors that can assist with that success. Time invested now by law enforcement officers with our young people can pay big dividends for the future. This is another effort on our part of investing in the future of youth here in Comal County.”
