A San Marcos man faces charges of “trafficking person from shelter” after he was arrested Friday by Comal County Sheriff’s (CCSO) deputies looking for a missing teenager from the Bulverde area.
The juvenile was located alone and unharmed in the 1000 block of TX-80 in San Marcos Thursday after an Amber Alert was activated on Wednesday following her disappearance from Bulverde.
Using a security video from the area, CCSO identified 38-year-old Ronald Lavoy Martin Williams of San Marcos, who was taken into custody without incident.
Bond is set at $100,000. As of Monday evening, Williams remained in jail. Trafficking a person from a shelter is a first-degree felony.
