So Far, So Good: No Positive COVID-19 Tests Yet in Comal County Nursing Homes

So far residents of Comal County nursing homes have avoided COVID-19, the county reported on Tuesday.
In a statement, officials confirmed that 1,414 of the 1,465 residents tested last week by first responders were negative for the virus. More results are still pending.
However, the Office of Public Health confirmed its 83rd case of COVID-19, a New Braunfels resident in their 50s who is self-isolating.
The county also confirmed eight more recoveries, bringing the total to 64. With six deaths, the county now has 13 active COVID-19 cases, two of them hospitalized.
