Student enrollment for Comal ISD’s upcoming 2021-22 school year open July 26.
Sign up for both new and existing students is online only and available through the district’s Skyward portal. To sign up, request a Skyward account then uses information provided in an email from the district to complete registration.
Campuses will be open on specific dates so students can pick up class schedules, request schedule changes, buy parking permits, purchase gym clothes and take care of other tasks.
Kindergarten/elementary students and new middle- and high-school students can visit their campuses from Aug. 3-5. Campuses will open for returning middle- and high-school students from Aug. 9-13.
Enrollment for New Students
Parents and guardians must provide digital copies of these documents:
- A proof of residency – a mortgage or lease agreement, or a recent utility bill from the electric, gas, water, or cable company. This document must be current – dated within 30 days of enrollment. If you don’t own or rent the residence where you live, complete a notarized Residency Statement and upload it with other documents.
- An immunization record from your previous school or family doctor.
- An unofficial transcript or report card from your previous school.
- Birth certificate.
Enrollment for Returning Students
Parents and guardians must provide proof of residency (see above).
