TPML Expands Hours, Reopens Meeting Rooms, Offers Some Programs In-Person

Tye Preston Memorial Library, 16311 S. Access Rd., Canyon Lake, will expand its hours and reopen its library meeting rooms effective Tuesday, July 6.
New, expanded hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. The library is closed on Sundays.
Some programs will be offered in person starting in July, but many others will continue virtually.
Curbside service is still available by request.
“We appreciate your patience and support as we continue our phased approach to reopening,” Library Director Rachel Keeler said. “The safety of our community is the highest priority and the board of trustees meets regularly to revisit policies.”
Masks are not required in the library building. Small study rooms also are available.
