Two More Cases of COVID-19 Reported on the North Side of Canyon Lake

Two new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed on the north side of Canyon Lake today, May 15, bringing the total number of cases there to 11.
One of the individuals is in their 40s and the other is in their 70s. Both are self isolating at home, Comal County said in a press release.
This brings to 70 the number of confirmed cases in Comal County.
Comal County also confirmed one additional recovery from COVID-19, bringing the total to 56. With six deaths, the county now has eight active cases, one of which is hospitalized.

Of the 70 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Comal County, the location breakdown is:
- 26 from New Braunfels or the immediate area
- 12 from the Bulverde area
- 11 from north of Canyon Lake
- 7 from eastern Comal County
- 3 from south of Canyon Lake
- 3 from Garden Ridge
- 3 from the Spring Branch area
- 2 from Fair Oaks Ranch
- 2 from southwest Comal County
- 1 from central Comal County
