Water, Electric Companies Shutter Sattler Offices

Share
Canyon Lake Water Service Company's (CLWSC) drive-through remains open for business but could close in the near future.

Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) said on Friday it is closing its Sattler office to the public in the wake of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s disaster declaration. CLWSC announced this morning it will follow suit. Although its drive-through remains open, CLWSC said that could change in the near future.

Closures take effect on Monday, March 16.

PEC

PEC employees will continue to be available to help meet the needs of its membership over the phone and online.

PEC customers can pay their bill via the SmartHub mobile app, by phone, mail, payment kiosk, or at participating Moneygram locations. To learn more, members may visit pec.coop/pay.

Service interruptions can be reported online at outages.pec.coop or by calling 888-883-3379.

CLWSC

CLWSC also is closing its walk-in payment center in Sattler effective Monday, March 16, until further notice.

The CLWSC drive-through window will continue to take payments. However, new guidance may result in closing the drive-through payment window in the very near future.

Customers are encouraged to make their payments on-line at clwsc.com or using pay-by-mail or online banking methods. A dropbox also is located in the drive-through area.

To report a water emergency or ask questions questions about your service, bill, or account, call 830-312-4600 or email customerservice@clwsc.com.
