Woman Found Unresponsive Airlifted After Canyon Lake Boating Accident

A woman who was found unresponsive and without a pulse after being hit by a boat near Boat Ramp 1 tonight has been airlifted to an area hospital in critical condition.
Comal County Constable’s Office, Pct. 3 reported on its Facebook page that the woman was resuscitated by Chief Deputy Ken Smith, who performed CPR until paramedics with Canyon Lake Fire/EMS arrived.
“We thank all the citizens who were on location at the time for assisting officers and the fire department with crowd control,” the constable’s office said.
