Canyon Lake Lions were all smiles at a vision screening at Johnson Elementary School Oct. 11.
The 2022 Canyon Lake Noon Lions Fall Shrimpfest is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the CRRC Rec Center, 125 Mabel Jones Dr.
The public can either ‘dine in’ or ‘drive thru’ to enjoy a meal at the Lions’ annual fundraiser. Meals will be delivered to vehicles.
Brenda Varne will perform at the event.
Tickets are $14 and can be purchased in advance at Canyon Lake’s Ace Hardware, 1150 FM 2673, or at the door.
Menu includes fresh boiled Gulf shrimp, baked-potato salad, coleslaw, cocktail and tartar sauce, and desserts (sold separately).
Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
