After six years in Sattler, the owners of Wildflour Artisan Bakery & Grill are opening a second location on the north side of Canyon Lake.
The restaurant will be located at 20884 FM 306, owners Rebecca Hernandez Sanders and Susah Shrum shared on Facebook.
“Wildflour has had the support of this community for the last six years now, and for that, we are very blessed,” they posted. “If not for Canyon Lake and the surrounding communities, we would not be making this announcement.”
The new location will open in mid-May.
Hours of operation will be 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
The restaurant’s menu ranges from artisan baked goods to breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings with both traditional and “wild” cuisine.

Why did you not mention that Robert used to be the chef at Wildflour, and that this new location will be at the place he just announced would not reopen: Robert’s by the Lake?
