Tickets go on sale Tuesday for Moonlight in the Gorge, an annual fundraiser sponsored by Canyon Lake’s Gorge Preservation Society.
The outdoor gala runs from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at Canyon Lake spillway, 601 C.O.E. Rd., (Overlook Park) and features cocktails by Maverick Distillery, food by Wildflour Artisan Bakery & Grill, wine by Dry Comal Creek Winery, beer by Karbach Brewery and music by The Ramblewoods.
The fundraiser finances scholarships for graduate-level research in environmental science and engineering at the University of Texas San Antonio and Texas State University.
In the event of rain, the gala will relocate to the CRRC’s Rec Center across the street at 125 Mabel Jones Dr.
